feat: build diff compared to last commit in ci

• use https://gitlab.com/git-latexdiff/git-latexdiff to build diff in compiled pdf compared to HEAD^ => the diff will be expored as artifact in the same job as the latexmk compilation with the name diff-$FILENAME.pdf
