[mod] initial build of filtron and integration into searx as well as run.sh cleanup

Bundle filtron with searx and make it available with a env variable. This way searx is more scalable since you can just put as many containers as you want behind a reverse proxy. On the other hand rate limiting does not work as well anymore, since the limit depends on the service on the backend that gets called...
